Folkeuniversitetet and International Community give you the opportunity to learn more about Danish society, history and culture in a series of exciting lectures in English. Everybody is welcome – both internationals and Danes.
Danish Design
Denmark is famous for good design and has produced world-class designers. But what is Danish design today? And is Danish design still a brand that makes sense? Design has become teamwork rather than individual artistic achievements, but good design is still also about what is aesthetic – the beautiful experience.
Hear about the general lines of Danish design and about Danish design today.
Lecturer: Head of Department Jørgen Rasmussen, Department of Design, Aarhus School of Architecture.
