Are you into gymnastics and other related sports or are you looking for inspiration to get in shape? On 22 February you can network with likeminded people and maybe find your new favorite sport when Højbjerg Gymnastikforening (Højbjerg Gymnastics Association) invites you to take a closer look at their facilities and sports activities.
The association offers many different sports for both adults and children, such as family gymnastics, zumba, aerobics, pilates, swimming, dancing, fitness and much more.
The event programme includes a short presentation of Højbjerg Gymnastics Association, a tour of the premises and a closer look at the various activities taking place before going to the café for refreshments and final questions.
The event is free of charge and takes place at Café Lyseng at the newly build Lyseng Idrætscenter (Lyseng Sports Centre) from 18.30 to approx. 19.30. The address is Lysengvej 2, 8270 Højbjerg and you can take bus number 19 from Rådhuspladsen/Park Allé to the bus stop at Saralyst Allé/Hjulbjergvej and walk for a few hundred meters to Lyseng Idrætscenter(it is located next to Lyseng Svømmebad/Lyseng Swimming)
Højbjerg Gymnastics Association counts 1100 members and has approx. 50 teams targeted at everybody between the ages of 2 to 90.
