Join in on the football fun at Aarhus Stadium (NRGi Park) Friday September 3. Aarhus Municipality and Sport Aarhus Events have invited all International Community members to the Under-21 international football match between Denmark and Lithuania for free. The match kicks off at 13.00, but the fun already starts at 12.00 with different activities, entertainment and face painting.
Programme:
11.45: We meet in front of Aarhus Stadium (NRGi Park), Stadion Alle 70, 8000 Aarhus C.
12.00-13.00: Different football activities to join in on or watch.
13.00-14.55: Denmark vs. Lithuania.
Signup: no later than August 26.
The match against Lithuania is an important test match for the Danish national team who is preparing for the European under-21 Football Championship 2011, which takes place in Denmark June 11-25, 2011. The matches in the Championship will be played in Aarhus, Aalborg, Viborg and Herning. The final is played in Aarhus June 25. European Under-21 Football Championship is so far the biggest football tournament to take place in Denmark.
